milkboy.dev provides web development services on a subscription basis. Services include but are not limited to website development, feature implementation, bug fixes, and technical consultation as described in your selected plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may pause your subscription at any time, which will freeze your remaining days. Upon resuming, your billing cycle will continue from where it left off. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Work is completed on a first-in, first-out basis unless priority is specified in your plan. Turnaround times vary based on request complexity and current workload. We communicate estimated timelines for each request and keep you updated on progress.
You agree to provide necessary access, credentials, and information required to complete requested work. Delays caused by missing information may impact delivery timelines. You retain responsibility for reviewing and approving work before deployment.
All work created specifically for you during your subscription becomes your property upon payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and code patterns learned during our engagement for other clients.
milkboy.dev is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the three months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will retain access to all deliverables completed during your subscription. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
